Timber Willow makes custom map blankets. This page explains what we collect when you visit the store or place an order, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it. We keep it short on purpose.

What We Collect

Order information. Your name, email address, shipping address, the blanket size and design you chose, and the text you typed onto your map.

Payment information. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — we keep only the order total and whether payment succeeded.

Visit information. Which pages you viewed, roughly when, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you clicked. This is stored against a random, anonymous identifier — not your name or email.

How We Use It

To make and ship your blanket, email you about your order (confirmation and tracking), answer questions, and understand which pages and ads are bringing people to the store. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who We Share It With

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Printify (printing and shipping), and our hosting and email provider. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive visit and purchase activity through the Facebook Pixel when it is switched on.

Cookies and Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember what is in your bag, keep your design while you work, and count repeat visits. The Facebook Pixel, when it runs, sets its own cookies so ad activity can be measured.

To limit ad tracking, the pixel never loads for visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil, and you can clear your browser's stored data at any time — your bag contents will be lost.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept while we are able to honour a warranty or answer a question about your purchase. Visit records are aggregated for store reporting and are not tied to who you are.

Your Choices

Email hello@timberwillow.com to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will act on requests within 30 days, except where we must keep an order record for accounting.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will update the date at the top of this page.
